How We Work
Each project begins with the world: its rules, pressure points, emotional temperature, and the kind of silence it cannot survive.
For games in steady development, ongoing content updates, or episodic structures.
1–2 BGM tracks per month. Loopable, layered, and transition-friendly formats available.
Best for demos, vertical slices, trailers, campaigns, and release milestones.
Full BGM set, title / map / battle / boss cues, or bespoke runtime packages.
Best for teams needing sonic identity before production locks.
Moodboard, sonic palette, atmosphere, motif shaping, and direction guidance.
Pricing & Process
- Original music: from $1000/min
- Most narrative BGM: $1000–1550/min depending on complexity
- Short tracks under 1 min are priced as 1 min
- Typical minimum project budget: $1,500–3,000 USD
- Paid tone test: $350 / 30 sec / 3–5 days / 1 focused revision
Included: original composition, recording, editing, mastering, 2 rounds of focused revisions, WAV 24bit / 44.1kHz delivery, loop-ready files on request.

Rights & Credit
Standard agreements include an exclusive license for game use, with credit requested.
License covers commercial release, marketing trailers, and platform distribution for the game. Briar Soundworks does not claim ownership of your game IP or assets.
Full buyouts can be discussed when needed.
Payment
Fixed-scope work requires full payment upfront.
Custom commissions and larger scopes:
50% upfront, 50% before final delivery.

Briar designs expressive sound effects from UI cues to action sequences, creatures, ritual systems, and atmospheric environments.
Final pricing depends on implementation context, one-shot vs. systemic use, variation count, runtime, and mixing needs.

Demo Policy
For teams requiring a test track before full collaboration, a paid demo can be arranged.

The demo fee is deductible if the project proceeds. Unused demos remain the property of Briar Soundworks and may be repurposed as portfolio material, excluding any client-confidential information.
Demo slots are limited and prioritized for teams with a clear brief.
