Pricing & Process

Rates start at $1000/min
Most narrative BGM falls in the $1000–1550 range depending on complexity and production needs. Short tracks under 1min are priced as 1min.
Typical minimum project budget: $1,500–3,000 USD

Rights & Credit

Standard agreements include an exclusive license for game use, with credit requested.
License covers: commercial release, marketing trailers, platform distribution for the game.
Briar Soundworks does not claim ownership of your game IP or assets.

Full buyouts can be discussed when needed.

Briar designs expressive sound effects from UI cues to action sequences and atmospheric environments.

Final pricing depends on implementation context (one-shot vs. systemic use, variations, and mixing needs).

Demo Policy

For teams requiring a test track before full collaboration, a paid demo can be arranged.

Rate: $350 USD (deductible if project proceeds)
30 seconds, 3–5 days turnaround, 1 focused revision

Unused demos remain the property of Briar Soundworks and may be repurposed as portfolio material, excluding any client-confidential information.
Demo slots are limited and prioritized for teams with a clear brief.

1–2 tracks: ~2 weeks draft turnaround

Project bundles: 3–5+ weeks

Sound Effects (SFX):
